Re: Week 1 overreactions....
Kaepernick - Man the way the broadcasters were talking last night it was like he was the second coming of Jesus. Yes he looked better than he probably ever has. He stayed in the pocket a lot more. But he has to show me he can pay against a team not named Minnesota. Hyde - Same story. AD - if anyone ...

Re: WR/RB from same team
I like the RB/WR combo from the same team. While I don't go searching for the match up in my drafts when I have it in my line up it is great to watch the game, cause chances are you are getting points on most offensive snaps. If the game is a blow out win your RB gets garbage time points, if it's th...

Re: Roth/Brown garbage time touchdown!!
Not Roth and Brown.
But Brown and D.Williams. A 32 year old washed up RB putting up those yards and a last minute TD stung really bad last night ! I have a lot of catching up to do.

Re: Thomas Rawls worth a deep dynasty stash at this point?
I honestly loved the way he played in the last preseason game.
But his character concerns dropped him outta the draft. Stealing an old ladies credit card??? come on man.
If you can stash him why not. He is behind Lynch and Fred Jax..... so his opportunity may come up sooner than you think.

Re: What to think of Marquess Wilson?
... i cant imagine anyone giving much for him, so i will just hold at this point. im not the type to just sell for a late rd pick though. I'm in this same mindset. You can probably only get a late round pick for him at this point. and I think Marquess' % of success is far better than a random 2016 ...

Re: Orleans Darkwa
I like what I see in Darkwa. yes he is buried in the depth chart but that could change. The best case scenario is if he gets traded to another team or released and picked up by a RB needy team. I don't think he is going to break out as a RB1 or even a consistent RB2. But if he gets the carries he co...

Re: Aging curve for offensive players
I'm not sure I'm buying this. They started down an interesting path, but didn't go far enough. Does anyone think for a second that aging means the same thing to AP, Emmet Smith, Barry Sanders, Peyton Manning, Brett Farve, and so on as it does to non-elite talent? Barry put up over 2k yards at 29 an...

Re: redraft IDP league
I've never done a redraft IDP, but your scoring system HEAVILY favours the offense. Even players like Watt and Kuechly aren't going to come close to a top 15 or maybe 20 WR/RB. sure you start a lot of them 8 IDP vs 6 Off, but I still think the value is to be had in the WR and RB positions. I like th...

Switching from Dynasty to Redraft mindset
I'm sure many of you still play in at least 1 redraft league so I'm interested to hear your thoughts. In the DLF Premium league we recently did a MFL 10s redraft for fun (no setting lineup's, just a full draft and best possible lineup is automatically matched against opponent's). After focusing so m...

Re: JPP Fireworks Accident?
...but a lineman can play without using his hands all that much. yes lineman use their hands a lot, but some damage to a lineman's hand isn't going to be as devastating as a WR or RB or QB. I mean Clay Matthews played with a club for a hand for the better part of last season. at least he won't get ...

Re: Telperion vs. Darkness
Your valuation Vs Nfl valuation (draft pick). out of the 4 variances only 2 are the ones being discussed here. 1. You rank him high VS high draft slot; chances of success...pretty high (there are always exceptions....Trich) 2. You rank him low VS low draft pick; chances of success...pretty low (not ...

Re: How do you handle trade talks
The trade that annoys me is: I get: nothing Team B gets player they are interested in. Comment: What do you want? I know this is fear of starting a trade at the wrong value and they want to see what your valuation is before they commit to anything. But I always respond with: send me a legitimate off...
