Week 1 overreactions....

...gotta love 'em!!

- NFL network: "Is Andrew Luck to blame for their loss to the Bills"
The Bills defense is really good, they were good last year, we knew they would be tough.

- Forum: Devante Adams replaced by James Jones...its James Jones, Adams is still gonna perform.

- Forum: "sell OBJ, last year was a fluke". That is the vibe I'm getting from a couple posts from today. He will be fine. I don't expect last year's number but he will be back, just like Dez.

-Forum: " sell Amari Cooper"...he was the best WR to come out since Julio, come on people, it was his FIRST game and he still did fine...I'll give you my 2018 3rd for him if you really wanna sell him :)

Mine is one that I'm actually surprised that more people AREN'T overreacting. Honestly I haven't heard a peep about it from anyone on these boards or on a couple other forums that I frequent....Calvin Johnson 2/39/0.

I dunno, maybe the fact that more people aren't freaking out about this says a lot about how much Calvin's stock has fallen in dynasty leagues.

Honestly - Andrew Luck is vastly overrated. He's a turnover machine.

So many analysts were saying the Colts would win the Super Bowl. I don't see why or how.

I do agree in that luck is overvalued.

As an owner, he is volume dependent. (Don't freak out people, he's still awesome for fantasy) but his numbers are not nearly as great as people think.

I am already tired of hearing about mariota.

Watkins you have to be worried about. Nothing to do with him, but buffalo is a wasteland. Taylor looked "good" and passed for 150 yards on a terrible defense. Sammy is nothing more than a boom or bust wr3 in the short term.

Megatron we can relax. Same thing for beckham. Manning was horrible... He will be fine.
That being said, for those who were taking beckham top 3 overall could regret it. He's awesome, but I think he's a mid-low wr1 this year.

I've been saying this whole time that Watkins would have a WR2 ceiling this year.. people were selling people like Julio & DT for packages involving Watkins. Awful idea.

Watkins could be a good buy-low at some point this season if you have patience and don't expect top numbers for a while.

I think Allen Robinson was hurt or something, but combined with some errors I saw from him in the preseason I am officially somewhat concerned about him.

From what I read, he got hurt early on after his catch and didn't look the same after that.

Olsen did have a TD overturned by a questionable call and another short gain negated by a flag as well. Still, as an Olsen owner I wasn't happy with him barely being targeted as well. It's not like they have a lot of other go-to talent on that team.
