Re: Rating Bijan, Poll

Are there any landing spots that would be BAD or will he just dominate no matter where he goes? Obviously a good OL will help. I hope he doesn't go to DAL as I have shares in Zeke/Pollard still LOL. For me, he is landing spot immune. There are some that are better than others, but nowhere will scar...

Re: Rating Bijan, Poll

Looking at my roster, what do you think it would take to move from 1.02 to 1.01? The manager with 1.01 is a Lions fan It all comes down to how much he wants 1.01/Bijan. It's going to be a hard pick to get. In another conversation elsewhere we were talking about the 1.02 and the 1.04 to get the 1.01...

Re: Rating Bijan, Poll

A lot of the mock drafts I see, have Bijan going back half of the first round. Sunce 2015, there have been 12 1st round RBs drafted, expand that a little more, there have been 15 RBs drafted in the top 40. If Bijan were to be considered a generational prospect, wouldn't he have to have the draft ca...

Re: Rating Bijan, Poll

You can't be generational until after you prove yourself. Like previously stated he's an elite prospect, but time will tell if he was generational or not. But part of the purpose of this is looking at the generational prospects, not the generational pro's right? How they turn out as pro's is a more...

Re: Rating Bijan, Poll

We really should just put the word "generational" away. Technically, it means something that will only happen every 20-30 years. it's a guarantee that there will be other RBs as good as Bijan in the next 5, 10, 15, and 20 years Bijan is an elite RB prospect. Nothing more, nothing less. We...

Re: Way, way, waaaay too early 2023 Draft class thread

Good question. Non-superflex, I may take a RB or may take Johnston there. Superflex I'd take a QB obviously. Somebody else said Charbonnet, but I don't know the RBs well enough yet beyond the top two. Tough question. Yeah, probably should've mentioned 1QB, but figured the list of the gone guys woul...

Re: Way, way, waaaay too early 2023 Draft class thread

I won't be owning any shares of Johnston. Let's say you're at 5, and Bijan/Gibbs/JSN/Addison are all off the board? Trade out or who do you take (not arguing, just curious)? Good question. Non-superflex, I may take a RB or may take Johnston there. Superflex I'd take a QB obviously. Somebody else sa...

Re: Way, way, waaaay too early 2023 Draft class thread

What do you think is the smarter route for 3rd/4th round picks? Draft a TE where you know you'll have to wait for them to hit OR take a highly athletic dart throw RB/WR (Pacheco for recent example) that could hit/be a nice flip piece. Most people picked up Chig or Bellinger this year. Some knew Dul...

Re: Way, way, waaaay too early 2023 Draft class thread

There is hyperbole and there is falsity TE is a notorious slow burn position. 3-5 years is generally the expectation. Players like Engram and Njoku are just finding their footing after being hyped in one of the best TE classes ever in 2017. If you get an earlier breakout, you're very lucky. Hmm, I’...

Re: Way, way, waaaay too early 2023 Draft class thread

I don't like it. Partially because you left off a comparison for Tucker and Evans. They're both my biggest question marks sitting at 1.5 on who to take. Landing spots should help out. Really enjoy Miller, but experts are all over the board on him too. Not as big of a fan of Charb because he just lo...

Re: Way, way, waaaay too early 2023 Draft class thread

This is a really bad take to have on pretty much anything related to football, fantasy football, dynasty, or evaluating prospects. Your opinion and that is fine, I do not see an avenue where Richardson is able to overcome his deficiencies that he has in regards to playing the position of QB in the ...

Re: Way, way, waaaay too early 2023 Draft class thread

I think Richardson is closer to a Josh Allen pie-in-the-sky outcome. And frankly, I'm starting to think I'd rather have Richardson than Levis. I could see Richardson becoming what people thought Trey Lance's upside is. It's interesting, its basically balancing the floors of the higher ranked guys v...

Re: Way, way, waaaay too early 2023 Draft class thread

I've never seen any college RB of any size consistently make so many players miss. 8-) I love the guy as a prospect too, he seems to carry a similar upside as these guys since 1999 coming out of college in terms of hype and performance: Ricky Williams 1999 AP 2007 Saquon Barkley 2018 I can't recall...

Re: Way, way, waaaay too early 2023 Draft class thread

I'll be going after Richardson if he falls at all. Dual threat QB's are just worth the roll of the dice, especially if they don't have that massive Zach Wilson stink on them (I'd love to go back and check the QB thread for 2021 because I'm guessing there was less than 3% support for Wilson. For what...
