Looks like we'll have three primetime games per week. I love it as a fan and a fantasy football player. Every team gets a game so all non-injured players will be under the national microscope next year.

I hear some of the experts giving negatives to this like shortened weeks meaning some semi-healthy guys would be more likely to sit, and the daunted someone now vs. someone on Sunday decision. Personally, I like it. More football on television.

From a fantasy perspective, now that Thursday football is no longer the exception but is now the rule, this could mean changes to the way some leagues do free agency and waivers may need to be looked at. Perhaps I'll start a thread in the dynasty discussion forum....

Well, I used to hate thursday games especially when my team playeed...the short week was brutal! On the other hand, something to look forward to ....
