early 2025 1st, puka for Bijan

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

IMO you can’t predict a 2025 spot. I went from worst in 2022 to 2nd in 2023. This is a risk but it’s a calculated risk. I like Puka but I would caution making this deal unless it’s a 2024 first that is top 5

I think you hold here as well. A team can make deals or have a better than expected season and a pick a year + out change. Robinson was disappointing but has room to grow. Hold the top end young RB.

1QB, 0.5 PPR. Bijan is arguably the most valuable player in dynasty in that format.

The debate is unsettled as to where to rank Puka but on the high side he's ~WR10 and on the low side ~WR15.

The gap b/w Bijan and Puka is too big to take a random 2025 1st (and I agree strongly with Troll that it's impossible to predict pick slots this far out). If it was a 2024 1st I'd want the 1.01 or 1.02. I might consider the 1.03 but that would be the absolute minimum.

Last thought - Bijan is at low point in his value right now. He's coming off a season that disappointed his managers (although he finished as RB12). Watch the value spike when ATL gets an offensive minded HC or a hot OC. Puka on the other hand is valued as highly as he will be - maybe that holds but it's not going up.

expectation were high on Bijan as a rookie, but even at that this does feel too low. If this isnt a lock to be at least a top 3 pick you lose IMO.
