What to do with this Underachieving youthful team?

Here's the team (10team, .5 PPR)

QB - J. Hurts / K. Murray
RB - Bi. Robinson / D. Achane / D. Henry / Z. Charbonnet / J. Cook / R. Johnson / J.K. Dobbins / K. Mitchell / T. Allgeier / T. Chandler
WR - G. Wilson / B. Aiyuk / J. Waddle / T. Higgins / Z. Flowers / Di. Johnson
TE - K. Pitts / E. Engram

Right before the season, I traded a bunch of firsts for G. Wilson + J. Waddle, and acquired B. Aiyuk + D. Henry mid-season for JSN + '26 1st.

I do feel like on-paper, this is a very valuable dynasty team. But our fantasy season isn't played on paper, and it's been a nightmare of a season for my team. It's been a lost season for G. Wilson (Rodgers' injury), T. Higgins (injuries + Burrow injury), and J. Waddle (what happened to his production?). Arthur Smith's clownshow has rendered Pitts useless and has severely held back Bijan. Dobbins' career is probably over while watching Gus Edwards nearly lead the league in rushing TDs (frustrating). Achane & Diontae had stints on IR. I could go on & on.

I need a miracle in week 14 to make the playoffs, otherwise I'm out. Do I blow it up this off-season or stay the course, let these young guys develop, and bank on better situations for those key players that have been stuck in mud this year?

Absolutely stay the course. Nice team. This stuff happens in dynasty. I have had three team that won total points and did not make the playoffs. This just wasnt your year.

Keep building and hope for a better result next year as your team continues to grow. I would be looking to move Henry and Engram now however as both of their values will be decreasing in the offseason based on age. Otherwise, stay the course and stay patient.

Sell Garret Wilson for DJM + a 1st sell Waddle for London + a 1st .. Moves like that

No need to make any drastic moves. Just field offers as they come in and always look to improve. Maybe offer Henry up if you missed the playoffs and see what comes back.

High end QB and backup. Good.

Injuries and underperformance, but good combo of high end youth and Henry. Add proven vets next year when you see you should make the playoffs.

High end young WR core. I'd stay the course. Wilson looks elite, Aiyuk looks elite. Waddle battled injuries early on, but is still a nice WR2. Flowers showing elite ability already. Higgins, meh.

Appreciate all the advice. Our trade deadline has passed so I can't offload veterans like Henry & Engram until the off-season.

Helpful to hear that I'm not crazy for thinking this is a solid dynasty team on paper that was just snake-bitten by injuries, bad offenses, and poor coaching - aka short-term problems that should improve next year and beyond.

I’d field offers and take what I could for Henry. A contender should pay up for him right now and this is his final window for any return. Henry and Pitts both should be for sale while/if you can ‍♂️

Try to upgrade that TE to Hock, Kincaid, McBride… maybe even Schultz but pay less for him… or pay up for LaPorta.
