Trying to get Najee off a non-contending team, is this worth it?

I would say it depends on what you think happens to Saquon Barkley, does he return to old form? If he does this trade isn't worth it, but I don't think you will and I would take it.

If you are trying to get out of Barkley all together, I would try to dial this back to a 2nd or a lesser equivalent asset to a 1st. I would not fault anyone for making the move from Barkley to Harris though if it were a bit cheaper.
