Ok original offer was Kittle/Mooney for DK, I posted here then immediately verbally said yes! Now he’s back peddling and saying not Mooney but Boyd and he wants a 2022 2nd.. I told him no but I could do two 3rds.
Is this still an accept for me?

I still like the DK side but going forward that dude would need to send me offers in the system before I put any serious time into considering them.

I'd hold here. You just don't have the roster strength to fill 3WR + 3FLEX, and that's before the trade. After, it gets worse. Your RB stable is thin, so you have to do it with WR and TE; trading Kittle and Boyd away doesn't help your cause. Eventually, you'll be compelled to trade DK for depth.
