True dynasty team faces dilema

I am/was going for 3 titles in a row...then suddenly alshon, ajg, and gronk are missing time. I'll note that allen, ap, and Charles have been out all year. I've been able to keep winning and am top scorer in this 12 teamer.

This team is my baby and I've spent a lot of time trying to build a perennial powerhouse. The recent injuries/suspension is really testing my patience here as I'm just not confident I can truly contend starting Cobb, Crowder and Floyd.

The league is extremely competitive and I'm not able to trade for help without moving ajg, gronk, allen, or alshon. I've tried trading freeman, ajayi, ingram, lat murray, ap, and charles. Reed and Kelce are my other te's...and well, I'm left in a pickle here aswell now.

I have until Thursday to get a deal done. Looking for ideas on getting help now. only two 3rds for future picks.

I'd really like to make a move, but my gut tells me to just ride this out since the entire league knows I'm desperate. Any ideas of something that may work that I'm not seeing?

I agree with Reed. Ingram is another possibility. You have arguably 3 of the best TE's in the game, so some of the other teams must be hurting, you can charge for that too

Tried giving reed, but ultimately it turned into the other owner wanting gronk or kelce instead. Fitz for reed is best i could get, and it likely isnt there now. I do have offers out with gronk going in return for the high end wrs. Id like to move a rb, but not much interest.

You need to be willing to move any player on your roster or you have set too many limitations. As a Reed owner in nearly all of my leagues, there is no way I am moving him without an elite return. For all the love that Gronk gets, Reed produced just as well last season, better this year. And Gronk has a pretty long list of health concerns of his own.

Same boat here with injuries, but you have some quality pieces you can move. With your three tes I think you can easily move of of them, say Reed and a rb to upgrade at wr. Without knowing teams I'd look for someone that is close to contending and could use a huge upgrade at te.

Hmmm, what a pickle. Seems like a bit of a brag post to be honest. You say it is a competitive league, yet you have that roster, and are going for a 3 peat. Hmmm? How competitive can it be if you are in contention still after weathering the injuries you have?

Crazy if you ask me. If you want to make a trade to address a position of weakness, my thoughts are that you'll have to pay for it. If your not comfortable paying market prices (timing and your specific situation) - then sit tight.

Here's the deal. Other teams know your not primed to win the championship this year. When you come calling to upgrade your soured WR position they're gonna ask the world and see how desperate you are. Because your team is so hurt by injury others sense blood and will take advantage of that. You are going to have to move your top talent to get top talent. There are only a handful of RBs I would accept for top talent at WR. RBs are always in flux except for a few studs. You are going to have to pay a premium to better your team this close to the end. I would take full advantage of that if I was an opponent.

If I were in your shoes I would just chalk up the season as a loss and come back with a strong team next year.

If you really feel like you need to move a player and someone is asking for Gronk, work something out. He's a walking injury waiting to happen. Yea when he plays and is healthy he is great, but that's when he is healthy, and that seems rare these days.

Your best bet in my opinion is selling high on Reed while you can for a WR, also, you could try packaging Reed and one of Alshon or Allen for a big upgrade at WR wouldn't be a bad idea either.
