12 team dynasty / 20 roster with a 6 round rookie/free agrent draft
I've seen a lot of discussion on next year's crop of upcoming rookies.
I currently hold the 1.04 pick for this season and hopfully will improve from two .500 seasons to where next year's pick might be a late first rounder.
I've been offered several trades for my 2017 pick as follows:
1) 2016 1.08 and 2016 4.11 for the 2017 round 1 and my 2016 3.04.
2) Rueben Randle and this year's 2.06 for my 2017 rd 1.
3) Javorius Allen and the 2016 2.11 for my first round 2017.
Current roster:

I traded TE Julius for the 15th and 29th overall picks (plus throw-in Vernon Davis) figuring on picking up FA Zach MIller, Gillmore, Amaro or a late pick for another TE.
How about some input on the value of my 2017 round 1 pick based on the offers I've received? Appreciate any comments.

don't do any of those trades. You're not getting enough in return whatsoever. The 2017 draft class is far better than this class, I would hold tightly to that pick unless something comes your way that you absolutely can't say no to

The first offer is pretty close, but with your roster I would not trade your future 1st as you look to be a bottom team. The second and third offers are trash.

I'm not considering the last two offers. Losing Lynch means I would think about a strong #1 RB trade to replace him and nobody's offered that yet. It's PPR so McFadden and Sims are my current #2 and #3 along with Riddick.
If the first offer had been for a bit better 2016 1st or had thrown in a solid RB or #2 pick it would have been close.
I won the league in it's first season in 2013 at 9-4 for the regular season but have finished 5-8/6-7 that past two seasons. Injuries to Lynch, McCoy, Parker, and DJax really hurt the past two years along with the occasional bad luck. Unfortunately (?) won four of my last six last season to lose out on the #1 2016 pick. Still think I can rebound this season with a good draft and some more youth.

don't trade that pick for anything. start selling all your pieces besides Parker. you should be buying future picks not selling them.

My new favorite thing to do when I get offers from supposed slick owners trying to ride the "2017 draft is the best thing since sliced bread" trend is to hold them over a barrel. If people really want to buy into the hype and try to "pull one over" on me, then make sure you really charge them for the hype. For instance, one guy offered me a collection of crap off the bottom of his roster for my 2017 2nd and tried to play it off like he was doing me a favor by letting me keep my 2 2016 2nds by going for 2017 (he wrote, "I don't mind waiting."). I countered by with my 2017 2nd for his 2018 1st with the message, "Turns out I also don't mind waiting." If you guys keep hyping this 2017 draft as a bunch of auto hall of famers, then he might actually accept because he hasn't declined yet lol.
