Fred Jackson or Leon Washington?
Fred Jackson or Leon Washington?
I have 4 RB's, actually 5 if you count Bradshaw, but trying to decide between keeping Fred Jackson or Leon Washington in a league that offers return yards and PPR. Right now I had planned on keeping Sproles/Fred Jackson/S.Greene. Should I keep Leon Washington over F.Jackson?

Re: Fred Jackson or Leon Washington?
Fred Jackson is going to get way more of the workload in Buffalo then Washington will in New York. Jackson and not close in my mind.Vintage wrote:I have 4 RB's, actually 5 if you count Bradshaw, but trying to decide between keeping Fred Jackson or Leon Washington in a league that offers return yards and PPR. I would say Jackson without a doubt. Washington has doubt written all over him. Will he be with the Jets next season? Will he be healthy enough to play next season?? Everything you read, says that he is pissed about the Jets signing LT. So that means that one or both of the reasons above could be true!

Also, can we not call him FJax? I really hate the influx of the Jax and Rod and crap like that. He;s got a great name, let's go old school and just call him Freddy. While we are at it, let's stop saying VJax also and go with Vinnie and take off SJax and go with Stevie. So much better.

I say Jackson now. It's all speculation at this point, but I'm hearing marshawn wants out and the bills want him out. I'm thinking if the bills end up with a RB in rd 2 then I think there's a shot that marshwn would be traded in the 3rd rd of this years draft. Thus making Fjax value go up for at least this year. Could be a bellcow runner if lynch is out. Don't hear that very much these days.
Washington isn't signed yet I believe and his leg break was brutal. Don't know if he'll be the same player as before.

I agree... he doesn't deserve the FJax nickname. But he definitely deserves to be referred to as "Freddy" or "Freddie"... afterall, he suffered in Buffalo's offense last year!BubbaBurst wrote:Also, can we not call him FJax?
