Pick number 5 in a QB heavy redraft league....

In a league where the top 16 scorers last year were QB's. Who would you take with the 5th overall pick in the draft? 1 qb, 2 rb, 2 wr, te,k,d non-ppr 16 roster spots

Colin kapernick outscored demarco murray in this league last year if that tells you how much more qbs score than any other position. I'm thinking Andrew Luck if he's there. What would you do?
