Depends on who is available. Rookie pick 8 is a tier break, but I'd have to be low on whoever is staring me in the face in the start-up to think an3 spot difference is worthwhile (say moving up to JJM or Bowers from BTJ or Brooks). That's an upgrade for sure, but not a massive one depending on team build.

Your drafting and your desire to win now don’t seem to line up. You’ve drafted 4 2024 picks, no qbs, no rbs. Play for next year at this point, flipping this to a win now would be counterproductive to your build (unless you trade some of your assets you’ve drafted).
