Bestball rebuild trade help

I've got a bestball team that's been a bit neglected due to the format lol, and is in need of a pretty deep rebuild.

Just got an offer from someone who recently took over another rebuilding orphan

Give: 1.06 + Spears + Lock
Get: Jacobs + 1.08

Do I take this with the thought that I should be able to flip Jacobs for more than Spears + the difference between 1.06 & 1.08?

My team:

Start: QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 3FLX, 1SF
QB: Herbert, Brissett, Jimmy G, DTR
RB: Gibbs, Spears, junk
WR: Chase, Addison, Hollywood, Junk
TE: Fant, Mayer, Woods
Picks: 1.06, 1.09, 2.06, 2.07, 3.06, 4.06

I think I rather have the 1.06 and hopefully get nabers dropping to me.

I would also stay with 1.06, but in TEP, 1.08 is the cut off I have to the next tier (you are getting Maye, McCarthy, or Odunze, maybe Bowers). So if you got something with more future value than Jacobs, I like moving down.
