In talks for a deal to send Addison plus either Pitts or Laporta for a WR upgrade in the form of either Amon Ra or AJB plus a 2026 2nd

My offer was Laporta and Addison for Amon Ra and the 2nd but he countered with AJB instead of Amon Ra

Would you pull the trigger on that?

This team is contending but spiraled off hard and lost in the semis after a 7-1 start last year (2-5 finish).

On paper it is still quite stacked but last year Mahomes, Diggs, lack of QB2 until Stafford late season, Garrett Wilson and Ekeler were the killers as well as another team making some lopsided trades to get very strong very fast

Looking to get one big time difference maker before the season starts as in a league like this the Ceedees, JJs, top 5 RBs, Tyreeks, Josh Allens, etc are even more valuable.

I think Garrett Wilson and Mahomes can easily be that this season but DJM is probably worse this year and Addison/Rice are hard to trust for entirely different reasons

What combination of Laporta/Pitts plus Addison is worth ARSB/AJB plus the 2nd?

LaPorta is a no go for me. Pitts + Addison for AJB and a 2nd sounds like a good way to add a hammer.

I agree with the counter that Menace suggested.

I'd do LaPorta if it was ASB.

Off-topic but I'd prefer to focus your assets on upgrading your RB or QBs.

My RB plan really took a hit with the Titans being idiots. Was really thinking Spears was going to have a Rachaad White type season this year with volume and receiving

The draft didn't really give me much of a shot. Besides maybe Brooks I don't think anyone from the rookie class is making a big impact this year (I mean in the points sense---of course there will be value gains)

At QB I moved up in the draft for Caleb (maybe should have bolded him because he is definitely by QB2 going forward). Don't really know what else to tier up. Stafford and Rodgers are obviously old enough that I'll need to add more QBs in the next year or two and that it's difficult to get someone to give a young solid starter for a deal based around either.

I’m not sending out LaPorta+ to get AJB..if he wants LaPorta, make him send out Amon Ra
