Needed a backup behind Mahomes(who was my only QB on the roster), after I traded Jordan Love for a 2025 1st(this years 1.05) and 2.09.

Jameson Williams for Kyle Pitts

According to KTC, that trade is off by an early-mid 2nd on the jameson side.

Which again shows how much KTC overvalues picks. 14-team, 1QB - no way I'm moving Pitts for Jamo/2nd.

KTC only deals in 12 team formats.

Always worth noting when you're adding or subtracting picks to a deal in their calculator for a "general vibe" that the further you get in the draft order, the less accurate it is from what KTC intends to show.

ie. if it's a 10 team league then adding 3.02 is in reality what KTC would call 2.10

Small difference, but it's worth noting.

If you think Nabers is in the same tier as MHJr this is a short-term upgrade... although I don't see you needing Pacheco anytime soon, and so maybe would have gone for a different more fungible asset (draft picks?). Value-wise it is good value IMO.

Amazing trade.

Mahomes is an all timer. There is zero chance I'd ever be on the other side. All question marks. All time QB, set for nearly a decade as a top 12 QB as his floor, basically. Ceiling, top 3, yearly. Proven WR on top of it, in his prime.

This is a big time win, IMO. I just don't see how giving Mahomes away for Caleb as the main piece coming back in this format is justifiable. The other side of this deal is so likely to come out as the losing side in this deal. Horrible process on their part.

I really love Odunze and hope Maye is good (haven't scouted him much, but i'm a Pats fan). That said, you're taking on significant risk here given neither of the players you acquired have proven anything. I feel KW and Herb are solid high end players for their respective roles. It looks like you have the RB depth to pull it off, but I think you take a hit at QB until we see Maye do anything. Not a bad trade, and if they're you're guys, you got em. Good luck!
