Ignoring any sort of moral codes, I'd be holding barring a pretty early 2nd in SF. For anything later than that you are selling low. Even if he is garbage when he plays next (and it's really possible he plays week 1 as the NFL let's his legal situation work itself out), you could still sell for more the minute he suits up. Worst case, you hold and he never amounts to anything, just like all the other late 2nds this year.

Most years I'd agree, but in this draft, round 1 and round 2 WR's, and day 2 RB's are going mid/late 2nd. Even Qb's are slipping to that point. I don't consider that selling low, you can reset for a guy with similar or better draft capital.

Potentially, but in the two drafts I've done, there were only 3-4 2nd round picks that id view as more attractive as Rice. Obviously, everyones values will be different.

We're only on 1.03. Decided to take the gamble. Wouldn't have given an early 2. Can't imagine someone taking a 3rd for him. Like his upside over guys going in that range.

I just saw some guys fall there that shouldn't, but you likely have a higher risk tolerance than I do for problem players.

Thanks. Was a fun one. He originally offered mahomes for the 3 firsts. It’s a start 11 league so I really value depth, so I countered for Pittman also with me adding JSN. He wanted a 2nd, I threw in the 4th and the deal was done.
My team is primed to compete with a primary need for a 2nd qb so I thought adding mahomes and Pittman really put it over the top.

QB- Mahomes, Stroud, Stafford, Minshew
RB- Bijan, Hall, Gibbs, Kamara, Warren, Mostert, Zeke
WR- Olave, DJM, Pittman, Nico, Kupp, Diggs, Cooper, CSamuel, Mims
TE- Kelce, Ferguson, Mayer

I think it was a great move. The risk is all on him. He has to hit perfectly, on every pick, to make it work, and even if he does, it still might not work out in his favour.

Hate to break it to everyone but this organization didn’t cut hunt to do what’s right and to have 100% good people in the locker room, they did it because it was on video him hitting a female and there was a large public outcry. I don’t see this stirring up close to the same buzz to lead to a cut but I suppose we will see.

Not what I heard. They did it because he lied to them. He told them one thing, and they gave him the benefit of the doubt. Then the video came out and showed he straight up lied to them.

That video of Rashee is enough to cut him. They said they talked to him, and Andy said they would stick with him if he learned his lesson. So they clearly had a chat after the crash and got an agreement he'd be on the straight and narrow. IF this turns out to be legit, this other thing, I expect they will cut him for the same reason they cut Hunt. He lied straight faced to them.

Acquired him for ARich/Downs last season. At that price I will hold and either eat the suspension and play him on the rebound or wait until he’s either out of the league completely.
