It is deeper earlier for Superflex... like a late 1st in a 12 team Superflex is still gold, but it still starts to get dicey by the end of round 2.Bronco Billy wrote: ↑Mon Apr 08, 2024 7:56 amHow so? By the end of the 2/3 turn the top 6 QBs were all selected. Are you saying more than 6 QBs would be taken by that time in SF?CGW wrote: ↑Mon Apr 08, 2024 7:48 amIt's deep for SF. Not 1QB due to the lack of RB prospects. In SF you are looking at your late first getting you first round NFL WR talent still. We shall see.Bronco Billy wrote: ↑Mon Apr 08, 2024 6:57 am Reviewing the entirety of the draft to date, I’m getting the impression that this is not anywhere near as deep a draft class as has been previously touted. I want to be very clear that this is not a criticism aimed at the GEDL league or anyone in it. I’m seeing guys drafted in the back half of the second round and into the third that I do not see as better than guys drafted later - sometimes much later - in last year’s draft. And it’s not because I’m seeing guys who I think are better prospects falling. IMO this is not a deep class at all.
I may have to rethink my picks in the 4th round and beyond and see if I can’t acquire 2025 picks for them or use them as throw ins.
I'm with Bronco, going to try to sell some of my 3rds and 4ths in 2-for-1 type deals to move up in this draft or add 2025 2nds. The constant theme in most articles is I'd be thrilled to draft guys in the 3rd and 4th, but in a real life mock none of the guys they are touting last anywhere near that long.
Thanks for sharing this! I think we got some critical, actionable information from just the live breakdown.
