My team two is solid, and finished 3rd this last year with a bunch of injuries. If healthy, I could have maybe went on a run. Year 1 of dynasty.
I was hoping dalvin cook still had some run but that obviously doesn't have anything in the tank.
I am looking to get into the 1.1 and starting to work that offer but he may be asking for a lot. He also owns the 1.4. I was trying to package both of them, but he mentioned something to the nature of 1.1 & 1.4 for chase, watson and my next 2 year 1sts. I don't have any idea where this value lands.

I don't think that team needs a mega-intervention, so I wouldn't sell out for the 1.01. What would be the point? That's what you do if you're desperate for a QB. But you are solid there; and you don't need to gun for MHJ either. Your weakest position is RB, so I'd look around for a bargain buy from owners enamored with draft picks. Personally, I don't buy RBs this time of year. I prefer to wait for the season to start and then add that crucial missing piece. With Najee, Kyren, and Mixon, your team is definitely good enough to carry you through the early part of the season.

I agree with Tsarpep for the most part. Give up the dream of the 1.01 its going to cost you way too much. You are set at QB, RB is solid and TE is set once Hock gets back. I would be trying to trade that 1.07 for another solid WR or just hold a land Odunze/Brock. You are in a good spot.
I disagree about the running backs, I think you are more solid than he thinks. Kyren, Mixon, Najee, Mostert and Moss is a solid core with good depth. The RB position is always survival by the playoffs and you have a good amount of good RBs.

I am not trade Chasing and company for that, there is no way for you to come out the ahead IMO. I want the 1-01 and 1-04 just for chase but this is SF so I guess the value isnt that bad but i dont like the offer at all.

If it helps, I gave up a LOT (some say too much) to get the 1.01. I have a contender and dealt aging depth and later picks.
To go from 1.09 to 1.01 in Superflex I gave up
DHenry + Diggs + Andrews (which stung) + Downs + 1.09 + 25 1st (late)
So that's a price check for you.

Chase alone is worth 1.01 and 1.04. Your moving Watson and two future 1sts for what exactly? 1.01 rightfully demanding a haul, but you shouldn't bite.
