People still play in leagues with defenses? Do you have kickers too?

Yes, and punters. But we use full IDP instead of team D. Why would easier team management make the game more fun? Maybe go to team QB, RB, and WR too?

D and K are part of football. It would feel weird to not have them

So are offensive lines, long snappers, and punters but we don't play fantasy with any of those.

I guess if I was a bears fan I'd want defense to be part of my fantasy teams too.

Maybe we should.

Pancake blocks +5
Sack allowed -4
Botched snap -2

I was in a league that drafted coach's. +5 for a win. I didn't care for that.

I'm 100% for D and K. iDP would be my preference now, but making.the change would be challenging

They don't score points by touching the football. Fantasy is a game about who scores the points. (Newsflash!)

It's fair to exclude them.

I'll never get the "no Kicker / DST" elitism angle. Like, congrats on being enlightened, I guess... but can you please quit taking a dump on our lawns?

For me, I still wanna see my league mates burning roster spots on a kicker and multiple defenses in the offseason, just personally :boohoo:

DEF I get, but when you have 10 kickers averaging 9 points a week it's a wash. I've been streaming DEFs all year and it's been just fine in 4/5 leagues.

Usually it's not a wash, though? Sometimes a matchup comes down to a Kicker, and that's hilarious in my opinion. Ditto, sometimes the kicker is someone's highest scoring player on the week - which also? Is hilarious imo.

True enlightenment is setting Kicker Misses (FG or XP) to -1 points

Roschon dominated snaps and RB opportunities on MNF and produced pretty well. Do we think that's a changing of the guard or just a by-product of facing the Vikings blitz-heavy scheme and Roschon's pass blocking ability?

Injuries sinking the other backs. If health stays bad, roschon moves up. But rn's haven't been super productive

It's only a matter of time before RJ takes over. Not that it won't be a RBBC, but I've always felt that Herbert might hold onto it for a year or more, but that RJ was going to take it away from him.
