I'd make the move for a win now team. I'd also be looking to add E Mitchell and J Mason to handcuff to CMC. As a 49ers fan I'm really hoping that they lighten his workload, he had 27 touches in a blowout. They won't post his numbers, but can still be productive.

Diggs looks like the best piece as of now in an all in win now move. Hopefully last week was a sign of things to come for Jacobs. Waddle and the 1st are arguably the best two long term assets in the deal so I don't think the value is great for you looking down the road but all in, I like what you are bringing in more.
