puka vs jamo

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

I'm as about as out on Jameson as one can be, so it's Puka all day for me. Sure, maybe when Kupp comes back, Puka's workload decreases some, but he is a rookie. Kupp is 30.

There was talk of Puka being a sleeper candidate at WR before the season even started. Circumstances certainly accelerated his timeline, but no need for the Rams to stuff the genie back into the bottle either. To me this is a "bird in hand" situation. I don't wait for Jameson anymore. Take what is in front of you!
12 teams, 6pts all TDs, 1/2 pt PPR. 1QB, 1RB, 2WR, 1TE, 1K, 1D, 2 FLEX RB/WR/TE

WRs - AJ Brown, J Waddle, DJ Moore, T Higgins, D London, Smith-Njigba, AT Perry
TEs - D Kincaid, Musgrave
Ks - Boswell, McPherson
Ds - Texans, Jets

2024 - 3 1st rounders... Picks 1.5, 1.7, 1.11… 2 2nds 2.17, 2.19 1 3rd 3.31…

I can see both ways. This would be a tough decision.

I guess I lean Puka because if he can maintain his production I can see him being the WR1 in LA even if that ends up being next year - after Kupp fades of course, but do we really know if Kupp is ever going to return and be 100% this year. I see no path for Jamo to ever be the WR1 in Detroit ... and there's always the bust aspect with him.

But I can totally see the other side and betting on the measurables talent of Jamo.

I like the market value here. Nacua has the great look about him while Kupp is out but targets dry up quickly in LA once Kupp is back on the field for everyone except Kupp. I can also see holding and hoping Nacua hits again in week 2 and maybe his value goes up a bit more. As is, this is nice value to land the potential on Williams for what might be an asset that is in a short term value gain.

I like the ceiling potential on Jameson more, I'd make this trade.
