With three 1sts in and five 2nds in 2023, you could be a contender this year if you hit on your picks. No need to dump KW for a discount. He fits your timeline because your timeline could/should be this year and 2024.

BTW, what are your exact 1st and 2nd picks in 2023?

I feel like this team is a few years out still and not ready to compete now. So I'd be looking to make a deal but not this one. Those picks in 2023 are too low to give an asset like Walker.

Does the other team have any good young players? I could see sending Walker for (24 1st + young player you like) as long as it's a guy like Olave or someone in that range.

Yeah, I'm going to hold Walker. I'm a Hawks fan also, so it's nice having him on my team. I have a ton of picks this year and likely the 1.01 next year, so I think I can turn this around if I can hit on the picks. Thanks, everyone for the replies!

No way. Hold walker and draft a stud a 01.03. You need a lot of help on this team and Walker is the real deal

I like Walker, but if Im rebuilding/building, I'm taking the three 1sts.

Walker as a prospect was similar to the tier 2-3 players in this class, so depending on where the cutoff ends up being, you get two comparable darts + another mid 1st in another good class next year.

I would also hold Walker. One other reason to hold is how deep are your rosters? With all the picks you have coming up, you might need to trim down a bunch of players. This trade will eventually require you to trim 2 extra on top of what you already need to drop.
