22’ 1.5, 2 x 23’ 1st (late) and 23’ 2nd
For
Najee, 22’ 1.8 and a 23’ 3rd

That team looks solid to me, and I don't see the need to blow your picks on Najee when you have Barkley, Mixon, Javonte and Jacobs. I would focus on improving at QB and hold those precious 2023 firsts.

Should mention that the picks are projected to be very late. One is mine and another is a team with Taylor, Fournette, Waller, Adams, Sutton and more.

I think the value is here as adding Harris helps when/if Barkley busts again this year. The 1.08 coming back helps but is also just outside the range you want to be. I don't think you need to make this trade and if the 1sts in 2023 are as out of control valuable as they are in most leagues, I could see holding. I think the value is here but not a must make move.

I just don't see Harris as this long term of an elite player to pay this price.
I am just a guy sharing some thoughts

If I could get the deal to just be the two late 23' 1sts and the 2nd' and 3rd' pick swap would that be worth it?

Seems like the swap from 1.5 to 1.8 is what's holding the trade back.

I'm confused overall bc it seems like a good value trade + would improve my chances of winning a lot this year, but my build is in a weird spot where holding the 1's might be worth it long-term.

Harris side easily for me. The 2022 swap isn't much of anything and the 2023 late picks don't equate to Najee. Go get him!

Updated offer:

2 x 23’ 1sts (late), 1.5
Najee, 1.7

Got him to drop the 2nd and 3rd swap and give up the 1.7 instead of 1.8 which might be a tier drop.

Not sure if this changes anything for anyone else.

The value is there for you to make the trade if you are believer in Najee. I personally do not believe he is elite, but he is definitely a solid option.
I would hold my picks. But it's very close. Go with your gut and have fun.

Najee side for me. He’s a true bell cow and studs win 10 team leagues. Don’t over think how 300+ touches behind an improved offensive line can help you win it all.

I am absolutely shocked at the first couple responses. In every league I’ve played in acquiring a guy like Harris is WAY more expensive / this is easiest smash accept you’ll ever see.

Love this… nice job. Make it happen!!

And I agree… what’s with the rips on Najee… he’s got a few RB1s left in him and can definitely be a league winner here. More so than any of these picks!
