Team 1 in signature - final year of my rebuild I hope. Another team that finishes top 4 every year and has a older team really wants my 1.01 (I have picks 1,3,5,6,13).

Here is his team but I can’t seem to find a convo of players that is beneficial to my tean. We start 1Qb,2RB,2Wr,1te,1 flex.. what you guys think??

I dont see a one for one I want in a rebuild. I would keep the pick....but nothing is a dead deal..have him send an offer that you can't refuse.

Based on your build and continuing to rebuild, I would 100% hold your pick and pass on any offer or trying to find one with that team.

There is no deal there.
1QB, so QBs don't matter in a discussion of 1.01
The only RB worth considering is just on the edge of barely considering for a rebuilding team. Mixon is the guy, but should only be a smaller piece of any deal from your perspective.
TMc is the only WR I'd consider for a rebuilding team. And even then, he'd be a smaller piece of any deal for the 1.01.
His 1.11 isn't early enough to make a difference to me. It might as well be an early 2nd, and an early 2nd carries minor weight in a trade for 1.01.

So looking at this, the best offer I could see would be Mixon+TMc+'23first. And for a rebuilding team that is probably missing the playoffs in 2022, I'm saying no to that pretty easily. Take Hall, a top WR, another top RB and other good picks with your firsts and rebuild that way.
