I’m making a push and a 12 team PPR/SF.

I get: CMC
My other RB’s aren’t deep but have Gordon, Hubbard, D. Henderson, Akers, & ETN
The guy is shopping McCaffrey and I’m not sure if above gets it done what do we have any concern long term for McCaffrey? I feel like even if they lighten up his usage, with the way he catches in place he could still have some longevity for a handful of years even if he’s not the number one asset, still top 10. Am I wrong in that?

This isn't close for CMC. If somehow he accepts this great for you. But it's an instant reject for me. I have far more long term concern about Gibson, juju, and heinie than I do about cmc

CMC side easily. Not really sure this will get the deal done. I talked with the guy who has CMC in my league the other day, he wants to move him, but knows he will not get proper value in return for him because of injury history. I'd start the offer out with this, see what he counters with and go from there.

lol, obvious smash accept and you should keep a lookout for the police getting cmc like that. As for Deebo, I’m very big on him and am trying to acquire him everywhere, but in this specific case, I’d take Waller because having an elite, elite TE is more important than an elite WR.
