Re: Grade my Start Up
I will give you a B- grade. While it's nice to have 4 starting QBs, you missed out on another potential stud RB or WR. You will be leaving like 40 points on your bench week in week out where you could have drafted more positional players. In a 10 Team League, I am assuming you don't have a top 3 roster. In a 10 Team league, studs rule. I would almost rather field a starting lineup of studs with no depth, than have tons of depth at one position with a lesser lineup.

Re: Grade my Start Up
Hard to judge without seeing how the actual draft unfolded, but your team looks pretty solid. Looks like it could compete, but also has a lot of youth. Adding to what McCaf said above though, I'm not sure how your league will determine rookie draft order, but in most of mine we use total points scored. So carrying those extra QBs and all their points on your bench can artificially boost your overall points scored and negatively impact your rookie draft spot making your team seem stronger than it really is.
Re: Grade my Start Up
I'd look at trading hurts for a strong WR. Other than that, you just need Claypool to produce. WR is obviously your biggest weakness, followed by TE.
Overall a good draft. Its a competitive, young team made up of players that I generally like to cheer for.

Re: Grade my Start Up
I like the squad, if you trade depth for a quality young WR, I’d bump you to an A. WR depth doesn’t scare me a ton though since you only have to start 2

Re: Grade my Start Up
Kind of echoing others, you are weak at WR. I am good with that since I think it is the easiest position to acquire via trade. However I am also worried about RB's, guessing by your avatar you are much more confident in Harris than I. But if he doesn't perfom, you have issues.
I am just a guy sharing some thoughts

Re: Grade my Start Up
As mentioned, WR needs some help but I like your young QB core and if Harris and Sermon hit or are workhorses in 2022 could really help long term. If you do not look like a legit contender once the season is underway or at the mid point, I would shop CMC for a young haul to fit your young build.
Re: Grade my Start Up
Along with what others have said, you will have a unique opportunity to pivot if the season isn’t going as planned.
Your QB corps is incredibly young and poised to dominate for years, yet all must prove it on the field to solidify their status. It will allow you potentially to trade one for a stud at another position if needed.
With CMC, you have one of the top RBs who could provide production or massive trade value if the season starts to go south. He would give you the ability to do a quick retooling with the right package of players/picks. I don’t see a regular flex spot listed in your starters, but even if there is you only start 5 RB/WRs each week. With your other RBs listed, you may want to shop him now for a stud WR + to get a head start on that. Studs do rule in a 10-team, and McCaffrey is one. I just don't see your WRs as strong enough to get you a title now, and he may be past his prime in two years by the time your WRs catch up. If you could get AJ Brown or Jefferson plus a little something, it might fit your long term outlook better than CMC.
Overall, B+ due to not having to worry about your QBs until 2030ish. They are never cheaper than during the startup. And your TEs are fine. One of them should ascend as early as this season.
