Moss vs. Gaskin

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Which side would you take?

Moss vs. Gaskin

Postby ParLawGod » Mon Dec 28, 2020 12:27 pm

Have a trade in my inbox, and I'm honestly not sure what to do with it. Gaskin to me is boom or bust...Moss will be nothing more than RB2/3 long-term IMO (maybe a good bye week option).

1QB, PPR league (since it is RB for RB I'm not sure if anyone really needs to see my entire roster)...though my other RB's are CEH/Mixon/Connor/Gaskin...plus some handcuffs.

Thanks!!!

I like moss more straight up and moss gets a 3rd. I think Dolphins draft or sign a RB.

QB: AR, DJones
RB: Gibby, Charb, KMiller, Akers
WR: Chase, Lamb, G Wilson, Tank Dell, Burks, Mimsy, Tutu, W Robinson, Tucker, Wicks, RBell

Thanks! Appreciate the replies. Also, I wrote 2020 3rd when it should say 2021 (living in the past I guess).

I do this trade for sure. Maybe try to sell Gaskin high and ask for a 2022 2nd instead of a 2021 3rd. Just a thought. But Id still do for the 3rd LOL

Me too, I prefer Gaskins and see Moss nothing more than a desperation play

I just don't see Moss ever being more than an injury upside rb3. Gaskin may well get relegated to rb2 in Miami, but id rather take the chance on a starter that might be droppable next year than take the sure thing backup.
Dynasty player since 2002.
I probably should have done something more productive with that time...

I have both of these guys and it’s not close to me...Gaskin is just a better all around player in an offense that gives him the ball...Moss isn’t getting out of a timeshare with Singletary without an injury...I guess the Phins could draft a RB, but Buffalo already has another one....

Gaskins pretty easily. Both have a murky future but Gaskin is being used as an undisputed RB1 when healthy with no one stealing significant touches. Easy choice.

Gaskin for me .. I think he showed the Fins enough to keep the job .. he might even go in 2nd / 3rd round of redrafts next year
