Next Pick in Rookie Draft

I may have to trade BACK IN to the 2nd round to get some of these guys. Next pick is 3.05

BUT, based on my team below (Dynasty #3) a 12-man, 1 ppr league, starting qb-rb-rb-wr-wr-wr-te-flex-k-d, who should I take next and how do you rank these guys?

Darrynton Evans, handcuff to Henry
Justin Herbert, qb depth (Barrow and Tua are gone) I only have really Allen and Ben
Hayden Hurst, is on ww, could be my starting TE, or close to Jonnu/Thomas/Doyle
Cole Kmet, maybe the only decent TE in the draft IMO (should be there at 3.05)

I know people are saying Hurst, I like him too, but I don't think you need to trade into the 2nd for him. Of course its all dependent on the cost of moving up, but none of these players are worth a 2nd round pick in my mind. Early 3rd, sure, but a 2nd, no.

Yeah, I hear you. But late 2nd or early 3rd at some point we're splitting hairs. I think Kmet will be there in the 3rd MAYBE even in the 4th, but see Hurst, Evans, and Herbert all going in the 2nd. MAYBE Herbert falls to 3.05.

Herbert went at 2.11.

Got antsy because the guy at 3.04 has bad TEs, so moved up to 3.01 (all it cost me was Perriman, and he won't start for me) to get Hurst! Stoked.

Now I just need Evans to fall to me at 3.05, which is only in 4 picks. I am trying to move up to 3.02 to secure him though. I still have three 4th round picks, don't need them, offering some of those.
