Snelling vs Rodgers

Postby mcwills83 » Mon Aug 29, 2011 7:11 pm

With the Falcons looking to throw more and Turner's inability to catch passes, who is the back up
to own? Obviously Rodgers long term, but if Turner were to get injured, who would see the bulk of the carries this year?

If/When Turner goes down Snelling will be the guy to replace him. Rodgers will play the change of pace back role.

I really like Rodgers long term. But, this year it should be Snelling.

I think even when Turner is healthy, Rodgers gets a role in the offense. Rodgers >>>>> Snelling :-)

In the event that something were to happen to Turner, Snelling and Rodgers would probably take on a 60/40 committee. Truth is...if that were to happen, I think the offensive scheme would be altered toward a Colts-like passing scheme! In that case, Rodgers might be more valuable in PPR leagues...

So in passing formations when Turner comes out, who comes in?

If Turner were to go down, it would probably be Snelling who´d get the bigger portion of the touches compared to Jacquizz.. but since I think much better of Jacquizz.. I think it wouldn´t take too long for him to gain an advantage over Snelling. That being said: short and longterm.... Jacquizz >>> Snelling!
