I think its an over pay but worth it to get CmC, what are your thoughts?

You need the RB help more than keeping Evans. I would try to get a 2020 2nd added coming back to you as well. If the other owner us high on Williams, there is a shot.

Seems like a pretty big overpay to me. I'd say Williams is probably equal to the 1.10 and some probably have him much higher than that. And then Evans and CMC should be somewhat close, but even if CMC is worth more, the difference isn't the 1.02.

Seems about right to me. Right or wrong, not too many Cmc owners think Evans/1.02 is an overpay.

I think this is what you should expect to pay for CMC. Whether it's a good time to be paying these prices is certainly debatable. I might actually lean CMC here just because it's not an absurd overpay and you're getting a blue chip RB in a difficult trade landscape. This trade sowers if Williams turns out to be productive

Evans and Williams should be close to cmc. And that 1.02 is much better than 1.10

It's a slight overlay but I'd end up pulling the trigger on it even if you cant squeeze out a little bit more. You are fairly stacked at WR and could use a stud RB.

I don't get why anyone is saying CMC, OP is clearly in a Rebuild or at least a semi-rebuild, and he's giving up 3 good pieces for realistically 1, as that 1.10 in this year's draft is such a crapshoot. OP can easily draft Jacobs, who should be a great RB in standard formats, keep Evans, and move Dwill after a few games of totally beasting in that KC run game to a competitor for a young RB asset who maybe starts off the season struggling, i.e. Guice, Mack, KJ. Give it a year off let Moore, Golladay, Jacobs develop etc., and you're competitive again in 2020... Especially if you can land a top 5 pick.

Buying CMC at his probably max career value is just super ill advised for a rebuilding team.... I 100 percent agree with Goddard as well that this is probably even an overpay to begin with. You would literally be killing 3 good pieces for CMC to let him sit and possibly get injured/decrease value over keeping a mega constant in Mike Evans whos value will change zero this time next year. The only way this makes sense is if you think CMC's value will keep going up, which it won't, because as RB's get older they naturally lose value (+ factor all other RB risk in general)...

^Totally understand the feeling of resistance to selling an ELITE dynast asset, but if that’s the primary reason why most posters are saying OP SHOULD make the move (without strongly considering team needs, rebuilding, and risk) then the logic is backwards. Also I lied, I personally don’t see how Evans, Josh Jacobs, and dwill would not be enough to sell CMC. I mean Evans by himself could have a very productive next 6-7 years...

Not to mention we could be looking at that side of the trade being Evans + a 1000+ Yard rookie rusher behind a good line, and a 1000+ Yard RB on the Chiefs, and I literally don’t think it’s a stretch to say that at all, in fact barring injuries I would bet a lot of money on that...
