Deplete my team to add Bell?

This guy is finally going to let go of Bell to try to semi rebuild and go younger....he’s says he has an over pay on the table from another contender, but wanted to check with me first.

I offered Evans + 1.12 + any RB not named Gurley
Or
Evans + 1.12 + late 2020 1st

He says it’s not enough and wants two of my big WRs and countered with

Evans + Juju + 2020 1st
For
Bell, ARob, Andrews, Tre Smith + 2.07

I see that as taking on a bunch of guys I would never start and actually killing my WR depth for the sake of adding an RB...is this worth it to balance out my team? I can only start 3 WRs at a time and I have 5 borderline WR1’s.

I felt like my first offer was an overpay to start, am I way off here? High end RBs are hard to trade for in this league but this seems expensive, what do you guys think?

I wouldn't even trade Evans for Bell straight up.
Bell has been out of the league for a full year, is moving to a new team with a more questionable O line and QB/offense.
Evans is just the superior player imo

Even with your depth, I would not even consider moving Evans and JuJu at any capacity. With your need at RB this is still way too much in my opinion

I can't believe he rejected your 1st offer. I wouldn't take that package for Evans or Juju alone and they want both of them + a 2020 1st? Don't even respond to them. They might be the worst offer in the history of dynasty

on another note. you have 3 firsts. trade all 3 of those for a proven RB or two. That will be a much better option.

I'd move K Allen and your 1st for a 2nd RB to pair up with Gurley.

Yeah I’m just need to be patient and do what I’ve done the past two years I won the league...just pick up a stopgap mid season and hope one of the young guys hit(Ballage or Foreman)

It’s really hard to get anyone that is proven...I’m basically been blackballed since people don’t want to make my team stronger and they hold on to RBs like gold in this league regardless....I made similar offer for Elliot last year and got the same response...Closest one I got was Howard + 1st for Julio which at that price I rather keep my aging stud

Yeah man def be patient. Remember, we have 5 months till you have to set a lineup. If you cant sell Julio or Keenan for a a tier 2 RB then go try to buy Ingram or James White or somebody like that on the cheap. You have an insane monopoly on top WRs, it would take much much more than Bell for me to even think about breaking it up.

These are ridiculous overpays for Bell. Evans >= JuJu > Bell. I would want Bell+ to sell either WR alone. No way I'm giving both.

If I were you, i would be looking to move Julio and Allen for a younger RB than Bell. you should be able to do that.

I think you need to go after another RB altogether. I wouldn't pay anything near those prices for Bell and I'm a big Bell fan.
