Comprehensive Rules
$50 Superflex Dynasty Startup TE Premium.
Pay $107 up front – First and 2nd year’s dues, + the first years MFL Fees. Each year an extra $57 will be due to pay for entry fees and MFLs hosting fees. Quitting means forfeiting your future paid $50 entry fee. If you want to sell future picks 2 years in the future (selling a 2021 pick now), you must pay an extra $50 into the pool at the time of trading.
League Dues are to be paid by the super bowl each year.
League hosted on MFL and all transaction in LeagueSafe with majority approval.
Draft info:
30 Rounds of Snake
Pick order will be determined once league is filled by way of random.org assigning an order, you can then select your draft spot.
Both a rookie draft, and a devy draft will be held following the initial startup with those draft picks available to be drafted during the startup draft (for example you could select Devy 1.01 with a pick, Rookie 1.01, etc) If not all rookie or devy draft spots fill then the drafts will simply be shorter.
Rookie draft will be 4 rounds, Devy draft will be 5 rounds. Each year this will repeat (we’ll have separate Rookie and Devy drafts each year, though future Devy drafts are only 4 rounds)
Trading during the draft is allowed subject to normal rules
Draft will begin on the clock 3 days after we fill the league/collect payments, but off the clock as soon as everyone has paid.
Roster Settings:
Starting Roster each week
1 QB
2 RB
2 WR
1 TE
4 Flex
1 Superflex
14 bench spots
5 Taxi Squad Spots
10 IR spots for players on NFL IR/suspended list
Scoring:
4 point passing TD
6 point rushing/receiving TDs
2 points for passing/receiving/rushing 2-pt conversion
1 point per 10 rushing/receiving yards
1 point per 25 passing yards
.5 PPR for RBs/WRs/QBs
1 PPR for TEs
-1 point for fumbles
-1 for interceptions
Other Relevant info:
6 Teams make the playoffs, #1 and #2 records get a first round bye. There will be a 3rd/4th game to determine the 3rd place finish.
GroupMe will be the standard of communication. It will be expected of you to be communicative there to make it easy for the entire league. Will be created once league is full.
I will post any league announcements via the MFL message board, be sure to turn on email notifications for it.
Schedule is generated randomly by MFL each year on August 1st (approx.)
Future draft orders determined by reverse order of playoff standings and Reverse All Play win % for non playoff teams (I.e team with the worst all play record picks 1.01, 2nd worst 1.02 etc)
Rookie draft is for incoming rookies, Devy is for any player still in college (incoming freshman OK to draft in devy)
Future rookie drafts will happen within a week or 2 of the NFL draft ending.
Devy drafts will follow rookie drafts.
Each year dues are paid so we’re always 1year in advance, if you trade a pick 2 years from now (I.e you trade your 2021 1st, that years dues are due)
No vetoes except for clear collusion. Pushed to league vote if suspicious.

Devy’s are ONLY attainable via the initial devy draft, trades, or future rookie drafts. No Devy’s will ever be on FA, and if dropped, cannot be acquired again until a future draft.
If you become unresponsive, consistently don't set lineups, you will be removed from the league. If at any point you want to quit, reach out to me and we'll see what we can do to work together as to find a replacement.
There will be a toilet bowl each year for the 2.13 pick in upcoming draft.
We will also have a survivor pool- winner gets the 3.13 pick in upcoming draft.
Payouts:
$600 in pool.
$300 to 1st
$150 to 2nd
$100 to 3rd
$50 to Most points scored in regular season
