Pick up Shaheen?

Shaheen was dropped as part of a trade. Should I pick him up? I already have Trey Burton

I would cut Austin Hooper, activate Njoku from the taxi squad, and slide Shaheen into the taxi squad.

I would, I've been high on him the whole time. The Burton signing was obviously disappointing, but definitely not a death sentence. He's got huge upside, Hooper is just a guy.

I know it’s only 1 preseason game, but I’m tempted to pick up Jordan Akins before Shaheen. Akins started with the 1’s tonight and scored 2 TD’s.

Akins over Shaheen I think for flip value alone. Flip Akins for a pick then grab Shaheen.

For what it is worth, I would be activating Njoku from the taxi squad, so he would really be taking Hooper's place, and putting Shaheen into the taxi squad.

We have a max of 3 TE's on the active roster though and I currently have Burton and ASJ already.

Hooper is not worth anything
