Jets fan with my opinion: Anyone but Allen!
Mayfield is actually my top choice, but I'm no talent evaluator obviously. Darnold and Rosen would also make me happy, Allen would make me cry. I can't even remember the last guy who had accuracy problems in college and turned into a great pro. Boggles my mind that people still think they can turn an inaccurate college QB into an NFL franchise QB...

ALLEN. I'd be livid if they took Allen. Not accurate now, history shows he won't be later...

Re: Jets Move Up to 3
As a Giants fan I actually wish they had been offered that trade, and if they were, I wish they took it. That's a lot of pieces and I think you can still get a franchise QB at 6, especially if you expect a QB to sit behind Eli for some time. Hopefully, the Jets set the market and the Bills come calling.

Jets fan. I want Baker or Barkley.
Agree on Allen.

Assuming this is (a) the same or similar to the famous Jimmy Johnson chart and (b) NFL teams still use it pretty regularly
Then according to the chart
Colts - 2200 points (3)
Jets - 2540 points (6, 36, 49) + anywhere from 270-580 points in 2019

How the Jets trade may play out for other teams (and suggests Darnolds had hype since the combine in 2017 in NFL circles).
If looking at the trade from a value only perspective I'm finding it expensive for the Jets, but from what it could mean to their franchise perspective I am starting to like it more and more.

Chubb is beyond my preference at 1.06. My guess is we trade down again so Bills can jump up and take Mayfield at 1.06lukkynumber13 wrote: ↑Sat Mar 17, 2018 9:58 amI hope not. I'm sorry but I don't see him being worthy of #6 overall, especially with us having drafted Hooker last year. Unless we are sure he can play outside??
I'd MUCH rather have Nelson, Chubb, or even T. Edmunds

If Mayfield is still there at 5 I can't see broncs passing on him. If colts cone out if that trade still getting Chubb they will have won the draft right there.murphysxm wrote: ↑Mon Mar 19, 2018 2:32 pmChubb is beyond my preference at 1.06. which if they did still use that chart knowing what johnson did with the picks after slaughtering the vikes in that deal - for me it seems that teams would rip that chart up when buying and make it the mission statement when selling.ArrylT wrote: ↑Mon Mar 19, 2018 2:07 pm http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300000 ... -nfl-draft
