I like Fallon's personality, he's a newer late night host, so its still a work in progress (his opening monologues need a little work ) Definitely good potential though, as I think I've had enough of whole Letterman/Leno generation of hosts.

As a long time fan of late night TV, I'm still a Letterman fan after all these years. Fallon got off to a rough start, he seemed really nervous in his monologues. But he's settling in now. I'm anxious to see what happens when Conan gets back on the air.
Conan, Fallon and Letterman all have the goofy/whacked out qualities that I like. Leno fails in that department and that's why I don't watch him.
