That is some kind of WR core. Who is available or who do you want to target? Should be able to get anyone you want if they are open to dealing.

Too me there are two things I'm doing right now. First look for a rb and make a few offers, if nothing falls in your favor them I sit and wait until mid season. With your wr core you will be able to move one or two of them for a rb upgrade then. And the obvious thing is to look at a team deep at rb and thin at wr to make moves with and not just target one rb.

it seems that it is more difficult to buy zeke right now, so i would concentrate on bell or gurley.
bell would probably be the cheapest. would not hesitate to send 2 of coleman, agholor, white, parker....throw in gio if necessary...
start somewhat lower....parker or white and gio....then add or swap as needed.

For real. You don't need to consolidate. Go ahead and put your least favorite guys on the trade block, and see if somebody's willing to overpay, but otherwise just sit back and watch your wide receiver corps dominate

At the end of the day, I think your best bet would be to trade Parker for a really nice piece at another position. Not that I think it's impossible for him to turn into a stud, but people are valuing him as if he is already. You could argue Parker is less proven than DGB, and he is definitely less proven than a guy like Jordan Matthews, Moncreif, or even Tyler locket
