I would probably go Hock here with 2TE starters and 1.5 PPR premium. Otherwise, I'd go WR and all 3 are very close to me.

I like moving Pollard if you're punting this year, but I wouldn't give up your 1.6 pick and I'd take the last of the 4 first round WR there. If you can get Higgins for Pollard and 2.2 then absolutely.
