Too much for Rhamondre for me. I think a 1st for him is fair. If there is no other RB options on the market, try to negioate that 2nd down to a throw in you don't need or at least a 3rd. Don't mind spending a 3rd to get something done, but a 2nd is still valuable.

Less than a month ago (aug 29th) I acquired Kyler on team 2.

I paid OBJ and my 24 2nd for Kyler and a 25 3rd.

I don't think the forum liked that one either (but probably because I didn't need him), and it's a much better deal than this.
