Samuel will be a stud by the end of the year and 2020 1sts will gain even more value. Penny will be a nice buy low in 2020, probably for a 2nd.

So much good value in rd 2 this year.

His injury at the end of the season couldn't have come at a worse time, crushed his value.

I receive loads of low ball offers for him in the one league I have him (3rd round rookie pick, 2nd round at best). I value him at 1.06-1.10 but the stain of being a UDFA doesn't wear off easy!
