I agree with Mark on the draft -- unfair if you don't snake it. The dispersal draft is the way to go with 2 or more openings. I don't think either team is that bad. I've seen a lot worse.

Vetoes are never a good idea in dynasty leagues. Inexperienced dynasty players don't understand player value yet in a dynasty format.
