Who should I draft?

In my league we have IDPs, Pks, and PNs along with the normal offensive players. (No flex) Its a 12 man league so everyone has strong and weak points. We try to make our rosters reflect real NFL rosters so at the end of the year you're allowed to have 40 players still on your team. Believe it or not its actually hard to decide who to keep. My problem is I'm unsure who to draft in the 2014 rookie class. My main guys that I consistently start are as follows.

QB Wilson or RG3
RB Forte, Lacy, Tate
WR Julie, Calvin, Blackmon, Shorts, Wright
TE Owen Daniels, Ladarius Green
PK Novak
PN Fields
DL Cameron Jordan, Lamar Houston
LB Kuechly, L. David, Burfict
Sec H. Smith, Rolle

Obviously can't start all of these guys at the same time but I play them over my backups or future prospective players.

In this draft I have the 1st overall and the 9th pick in the 1st round. I'm considering drafting Watkins as he seems to be the most ready to produce and the guy with the 2nd pick would probably take him if I don't. Also considered drafting a QB since RG3 is an injury concern and I'll need some depth. Also need a TE but I think there's a decent chance I could get one of the top 2 with the 9th pick. Any advice or comments would be appreciated.
