New Salary Cap League - RSO

I'm looking to start a salary cap league using the Reality Sports Online platform. I'm looking to make it either a 10 or 12 team league, and looking for owners who are interested in the following

-New to the salary cap format
-Want to learn salary cap with other people who are new
-Low fee. The site costs $10 bucks a team, regardless of how many teams. I'd like people who want to have fun and just enjoy fantasy. I think we all have enough leagues where we are playing for a prize. I want a league where I can just enjoy logging in and playing in a format I normally wouldn't have tried.

Scoring as it currently is 6pt all TD, non-PPR. Rosters are 1QB, 1RB, 2WR, 1TE, 3Flex, 1K, 1D/ST
No bonus points. 25 total player rosters.

Willing to change the league around to get a quality group of people interested. Remember the point is to just have a good time, and leave the sometimes stress and agony with our prize leagues.

I've really been wanting to try a salary cap league but I don't want to pay lots of money to join a league of experienced guys. I'd definitely be interested in this.

I'm interested as well. I've been wanting to try out a Cap league for some time now, but didn't want to pay a large fee for territory I was unfamiliar with.
