Adding on that this is a lateral trade with 2 RBs and 2 WRs that are very close and should be ranked higher due to personal preference. If you are on the side that would rather have Rice/Blackmon, you make the move. If not, hold.

Dynasty leagues are all about winning, but also enjoying your team. I wouldn't argue you made a bad move with either decision.
