Trade offer of my 1.10 plus Swift for 1.04

Our draft is early May so not too far off.

Been offered the 1.04 for my 1.10 and Swift. My concern is that the top 3 WR's will be gone leaving me Bowers (who I'm not that excited about) and Brian Thomas or maybe Worthy. The NFL draft in about 10 days will settle a few questions on landing spots and values. Some rookie mocks are showing Bowers at the 1.03 over Odunze but I'm not sure I agree.

Losing Swift will weaken me at RB with just White, Mostert, and Gibbs as my other starters (not sure about Mattison yet). WR's are in pretty good shape and I really don't need a TE even though I can flex a 2nd one in this league for bye weeks. I'm just not that strong on drafting TE's in the 1st round and managed to trade my 1.04 (he wanted Pitts) a couple of seasons ago for the 1.08 plus Aiyuk and a couple of throw-ins.

The DLF analyzer says it's close with me giving up a bit more value but I'm a bit worried about Swift's trade to the Bears with their crowded RB room. I'm hoping that he has more goal line shots being away from Philly's tush push QB.

In 1QB I could be swayed either way. I'm not super high on Swift, but if he's your RB2 no point in trading up to 1.04 to grab a TE you don't need/want or a WR in the same tier you're likely to land at 1.10.

I think there are going to be 1 or 2 wrs that climb draft boards after the draft. If the other owner is a serious contender in need of a rb, I would ask for something on top , but I like the deal for you.

1.04 easily for me. Swift is playable but I don't think he'll be a strong starting option. Bowers and Caleb would both be nice on your roster but, more than that, I think there will be 2-3 players rise bigtime with the right landing spots and that pick will hold great value. Sign me up for the 1.04.

Dynasty is about value, or so I am told. I think the value is in the 1.04 regardless of team build. There is a big tier break from 1.04 to 1.10.

1.04. you will get a top 15 talent. not a hard call. think you are overthinking it a bit, which we all do.

What RBs does the other owner have? This is a pretty easy accept for me either way, but just wondering if there are additional pieces that could be added to insulate your RB depth, even if it's a tier down from Swift. What 2nd round picks do you and the other owner have?

While "we" were discussing this, the other owner got the 1.07 plus RB McLaughlin for his 1.04.

I agree with the later post that I probably would have looked for a throw-in RB to sweeten it a bit but the other owner had little to choose from.

We play 2 RB/3WR/2Flex so most of last season I would play Swift and White in my flex spots along with Mostert/Gibbs. My WR's were AJB, Kirk, and Dell but with Kirk and Dell injured, I traded Dell for Kupp in week 13 for a playoff run but finished in 3rd only 5 pts out of 2nd. The league champ is a repeater with a killer roster so hopefully the 1.10 (or a trade) will get me the ammo I need to compete with him.
