In 1 QB, I wouldn't bother moving up to the 1.03.
I would however offer the 1.05, 1.07, 1.08 for the 1.01. You say 1.01 is on the block, and he could use picks, problem solved.
Take MHJ and Nabers at 1.01 and 1.02, grab a couple RB's in round 2, and you are set.

I like the idea of price checking the 1.01. Harrison Jr is the prize this year. From there, you have the pick of the next best with the 1.02, but I would be less excited about the 1.03 depending on price. Ask about the 1.01 and go from there. Outside of a good option...let your picks values grow.
