I think it's light but I would jump on the deal if it's an option. Some owners are still pretty high on Mixon so I think it's worth the offer but I'm guessing it's light by an early 2nd or equivalent value. Harris looks like a top end young RB.

As a najee owner that wouldn't interest me on the slightest. An injury prone rb who struggles to stay healthy every year and a wr who has underperformed this season. Both players are nearing the value cliffs.
Najee looks the part if a true 3 down back and is only a rookie.

Najee has as safe a floor as anyone right now + a darn high ceiling.
