With your RB core, I would hold Chubb.

Value is currently on the Chubb side. I don't think the picks make much of a difference in this deal. With that said, I wouldn't be surprised if Brown is worth more than Chubb this time next year. I'd still want more though if I'm moving Chubb right now.
