Who would you rather have?

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Who would you rather have?

Plain and simple, who would you rather have Justice Hill or D Thompson. DT is on the more explosive offense, has Williams ahead of him, Reid really likes him. Hill is on a run first offense, Ingram ahead of him , they could struggle to score. Who and why?

Thompson for me. I think he could play a role early on even its limited. Also, he plays for an explosive team with potentially the best QB.

I've been kicking around the same question. Hill had huge numbers at oklahoma state, but it's the Big 12 so who knows if he's legit or not. Thompson played one year at utah state and had decent numbers. He's not a burner, but solid between the tackles. Nothing about either one screams hidden gem. Hill might be a better prospect, Thompson in a better offense as you mentioned. I think Hill has a better chance of being "the guy" in two years.

WR: Lamb, Nakua, Olave, Dell, Pickens, Shakir, Iosivas, Burks

Thompson. No real reason other than their teams.

I have been staring down Darwin since January. I about fainted when he was taken by KC late. Hill, to me, has little shot at being more than a Chris Thompson/Tarik Cohen RB. That is his ceiling for me.

Thompson is super good at blocking, receiving, vision, contact balance and can squat as much as Barkley at 203 lbs. It seems ridicilious to me that a team that is spending money left and right to win a super bowl now is going to entrust its backfield to a 27 year old journeyman, and thats being kind because he has spend more time on the practice squad than with a team, and has 50 career touches and has been injured all camp long. I thought Thompson would take over around week 6, but I am thinking he starts off the year in a RBBC and just keeps going from there.

I hope somebody revives this post come December.

x2 there are always tons of athletic RBs. Opportunity is the tie-breaker, and KC offense > BAL offense

Thompson has long term league winning potential. He may never amount to anything, but you take that risk any chance you can get.
