Active owner looking for new DFL

Hello,

I'm an owner looking for a league... NO IDP please, but like a PPR league, anywhere from 10-16 teams... Also would be willing to do standard, and also salary cap (but that would have to be a free league as i have no experience with salary cap).

Also, i was currently apart of a new league recently, but the commissioner was very shady and was abusing his powers (see post below) so i left... Would really like to join a new one that is drafting soon...
